Dr. John Layke is a double board-certified plastic surgeon with credentials from the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. His extensive education includes training from Marquette University and Nova Southeastern University School of Medicine, culminating in a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at Nassau University Medical Center, where he trained under the prestigious Long Island Plastic Surgical Group. As co-founder of the Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery Group, he has also developed the innovative skincare line Beverly Hills MD. His passion for combining aesthetic procedures with regenerative medicine led to the co-creation of STEM (Solutions Through Evolving Medicine), focusing on utilizing stem cells for anti-aging. Dr. Layke’s commitment to integrating advanced cosmetic procedures with anti-aging treatments is exemplified in his role at Proactive Longevity, helping patients achieve wellness and vitality goals. Dr. Payman Danielpour

Dr. Payman Danielpour, a native of Beverly Hills, is an esteemed plastic and reconstructive surgeon known for his expertise in breast cancer reconstruction and aesthetic surgery. He graduated from The Chicago Medical School and completed his General Surgery training at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, followed by a Plastic Surgery Residency at Nassau University Medical Center. Training under the renowned Long Island Plastic Surgical Group, Dr. Danielpour has pioneered techniques like the Single Incision Mommy Makeover (SIMM), which combines a tummy tuck and breast augmentation through a single incision. At Proactive Longevity, his innovative approach ensures patients receive top-tier care tailored to their aesthetic and regenerative needs.

Dr. Joseph Loewenbein

Dr. Joseph Loewenbein, MD, is a board-certified member of the American Board of Anesthesia. He received his doctorate and completed his residency at the University of Southern California.

He has practiced multispecialty anesthesia in Los Angeles for over 20 years. His passion for patient-specific effects of anesthesia on the brain led to his recruitment and placement with world-renowned physicians in the treatment of acute and chronic pain. This exposure led Dr. Loewenbein to research innovative technologies to improve how we live and especially how we age via therapeutics and regenerative medicine. This drive led him to co-create STEM (Solutions Through Evolving Medicine)—a research and development organization.

Through STEM and its cutting-edge partners, Dr. Loewenbein has co-founded Proactive Longevity – a regenerative medical company which offers patients the ability to harness global science advancements and practices to create for themselves a better healthspan.

Dr. Fenanda Moreno is a board-certified physician with an MBA from the prestigious IPADE Business School. Her unique blend of clinical expertise and business acumen has fueled a dynamic career across the nonprofit and pharmaceutical sectors, including impactful roles at organizations such as Make-A-Wish Foundation, AstraZeneca, and Merck Sharp & Dohme.

Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Proactive Longevity, she brings strategic insight, a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, and a strong passion for innovation in regenerative medicine. With a solid foundation in the pharmaceutical industry, she is now dedicated to pioneering solutions that extend healthspan and enhance human vitality.

Dr. Samuel Unzek Freiman, MD

Dr. Samuel Unzek Freiman, MD, FACC, FASE, FASNC is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Nuclear Medicine. His training and experience include multiple fellowships at the Cleveland Clinic and was the Chief of Echocardiography at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Unzek’s clinical interests are Cardiac Imaging, Cardiology, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, Stress Testing, and Cardiopulmonary Stress Testing, Congenital Heart Disease. Dr. Unzek serves as the Director of Cardiovascular Regenerative Medicine at Proactive Longevity.
