Gene Therapy represents the forefront of personalized health, offering tailored solutions to enhance vitality, strength, and resilience at the genetic level. This innovative therapy uses advanced gene techniques to precisely target and optimize specific genes involved in critical areas such as muscle growth, cognitive function, and aging processes. By safely modifying these key genetic pathways, Gene Therapy supports the body's natural abilities to retain muscle mass, improve cellular resilience, and delay the impacts of aging. Ideal for individuals committed to long-term wellness, this therapy empowers you to unlock your body's full potential, creating a foundation for enhanced health, longevity, and quality of life.
In collaboration with our partners at Minicircle, Proactive Longevity is able to provide Gene Therapy for the ultimate in personalized health, offering tailored techniques to precisely target and optimize specific genes involved in critical areas such as muscle growth (Follistatin), cognitive function (Klotho), and aging processes.

A health professional from a Minicircle clinical partner will administer the plasmid gene therapy via subcutaneous fat injection. After injection, you’ll be monitored for 30 minutes. The overall procedure doesn’t take longer than an hour and effects are estimated to last approximately one year.

Minicircle’s technology uses episomal DNA plasmids to deliver specific genes into human cells. These plasmids remain outside the chromosome, meaning they do not integrate into your DNA. Prior to injection, DNA is complexed with a transformation reagent for 30 minutes to be prepared for absorption by the cell.

After administration, the plasmid complex is taken up by cells, and a portion reaches the nucleus, where the genetic instructions are transcribed and translated into proteins. The proteins produced are secreted into the bloodstream, allowing for systemic, whole-body effects. Our current gene library focuses on proteins with potential roles in muscle development, metabolic function, cognitive health, and cellular resilience.
